**Who are we looking for?**

As Inventory Coordinator, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. You will contribute to the service lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.

**What you'll do**:

- Supporting the quality control process by reviewing work to ensure it aligns with the service agreement and brief
- Understand the contract including service outcomes, scope, timelines and resource required
- Provide inventory and logistics support to our project and operational teams
- Issue supplier purchase orders and updating cost trackers and tracking sheets
- Providing administration support for the management of transport for the service with client, partners and subcontractors
- Managing inventory from receipt to dispatch and returns
- Updating all systems required for the service including; Warehouse Management Systems, Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity and Mintsoft
- Supporting the communication of service status, milestones and risks and issues
- Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally

**What you'll need**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Experience working in an inventory or logistics environment
- Previous experience in using warehouse management and project management systems
- Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management
- GCSEs grade 4 and above in Maths and English
