The Delivery Lead is the Group ERP Technology partner within one of our key Finance Transformation projects. The role will work independently, as a critical team member within the Sky Group, focussing on the Finance Compliance & Assurance Programme.

Their responsibilities include aligning with Sky Technology teams and being the Group ERP key point of contact within the Finance Transformation project. Working across global technology teams to deliver the best solution for our key markets and systems to provide our connected planning solution.

Through adopting continuous improvement techniques, this highly skilled Delivery Lead will drive the identification of efficiency potentials in cooperation with the Finance, project teams, and Sky Technology teams. They will produce estimates and detailed project plan, coordinate resources and adhere to Group ERP Project Governance principles. Their responsibilities impact multiple cross-market Technology teams and Systems to support the project objectives and ensure business benefits are achieved.

What you'll do- Actively managing and co-ordinating the Technology project plan, handling changes as they arise, and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits.- Scheduling, consulting, and coordinating cross-functional technology teams across all Sky markets, ensuring each market is focused on their technical priorities.- Monitoring overall progress; anticipating and identifying existing or emerging risks/issues. Initiating corrective action and escalating as appropriate.- Managing the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and negotiating the trade-offs needed within the Finance & Procurement Portfolio.- Provide the necessary readiness checks to ensure governance is in place for post-integration, e.g. disaster recovery, backup resilience, availability KPIs etc.- Managing resource coordination across multiple system owners, technology teams including key market Technology teams.

What you'll bring- Experience and expertise to navigate a complex project operating in multiple international markets.- Possess a Project Management qualification (e.g. APM/PRINCE II) with knowledge across m.- Experience managing ERP implementation projects and business process mapping.- Experience in vendor selection and negotiations via a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.- Proven track record in successfully managing technology projects in diverse businesses and sectors, understanding of change management and the impact of change on the user experience.- Proven experience collaborating with third-party vendors and IT teams to execute complex changes.- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to work across a wide range and level of users and stakeholders.- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in ambiguity, quickly assimilate existing projects and make an immediate impact.
