Macdonald’s Food & Beverage Supervisors play a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. Food & Beverage Supervisor have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach, and a willingness to exceed our guest’s expectations. Often operating on the front line, Food & Beverage Supervisor are the real ambassadors of the out company and are committed to consistently delivering high standards. A customer-facing role means being on the show - a bright appearance and a warm, welcoming smile are essential as you make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed.

- **Outline Job Description**:_
- Reporting to the Food & Beverages Managers and are responsible for assisting them in the smooth running of the establishment
- Staff supervision along with ordering and stock control
- You must have a friendly yet professional persona, and you must have previous experience working with an establishment of a similarly high standard.
- You will be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front-of-house team.

This role is ideal for those with experience working in a customer-facing role within the hospitality sector. Someone with a commitment to helping us to deliver our core standards and provide our guests with a great experience every time.

This position will include shifts working Saturday and Sunday. Additional hours may be required to support the hotel during our busier periods, including bank holidays.
