An opportunity to join the busy recruitment team within the HR Department at OPM. We’re currently looking for a Recruiter to join us for a 6 month initial Fixed Term Contract, with the possibility of extension or converting to permanent.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute to recruitment administration throughout the transition period until client groups are enabled to take recruitment administration into the programmes
- Working as a key part of the team, review current recruitment practices against a new model of service delivery and recommend improvements/ways of defining new recruitment procedures and ways of working as part of the Functional Review Process
- Own and manage the safeguarding process as applicable to resourcing activities, including liaising with the recruitment manager, wider HR/recruitment team, and 3rd parties as appropriate
- Contribute to the project management and co-ordination of activities of the change process detailing the processes and practices that will be required to be reviewed, designed and developed.
- Contribute to the definition and delivery of service levels with HRBP’s and

**Project Resourcing contacts**
- Communicate with HRBPs and project resourcing managers on progress of assignments and generally provide day to day support with information and advice.

**Experience/Competencies Required**
- Minimum of 2 + years proven experience of providing recruitment administration support in a recruitment team, in company or agency.
- Experience of recruiting internationally in the International Development sector is highly desirable, or experience of recruitment in a consultancy related business would also be desirable
- Experience of developing new recruitment processes and procedures
- Recruitment/HR database and systems experience essential as is high level of IT software experience - Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clear evidence of using initiative and working as part of a wider team, ideally within an HR oriented environment
- Confident and good communicator with all levels of internal and external contacts
- Proactive and customer service orientated
- Demonstrates personal commitment to continuous learning & growth
- Strong influencing and problem-solving skills
