Hobson Prior are currently looking for 2x Manufacturing Improvement Lead to join a brilliant biotech corporation on a permanent basis located in London. Our client is focused on generating solutions that might have the possibility of curing people who suffer from severe illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will direct internal investigations into manufacturing aberrations and safety incidents.
- Responsible for change management actions for manufacturing resources in the scope of current manufacturing procedures.
- Accountable for project management and distribution of CAPA and improvements to the manufacturing procedures, process and ways of working.
- Assist, train and inspire manufacturing team members and their teams to improve quality and safety performance.
- You will author, evaluate and approve documentation for manufacturing and validation actions in the manufacturing facility.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a scientific or engineering discipline.
- Familiarity within a pharmaceutical / GMP product manufacturing task.
- A background in a leadership role within a GMP product manufacturing setting.
- Works well with others.
- Capable of working within a results-driven, team-focused setting.
