We are seeking a **Children's Residential Support Worker** for a children's home in Handsworth, Birmingham (B20).

The company's ethos is to encourage young people in their positive and personal development through a community based approach offering excellent opportunities to enrich young people's lives in the arts, sports and culture.
- Previous experience working within a Children’s residential home setting
- Hold a NVQ Level 3/4 in Children & Young People's Workforce or be willing to work towards gaining this qualification
- Must be 21 years of age or older

**Please note**

This position requires sleep-ins and work hours are across 7 days on a rota basis. Working 1 on 2 off shift pattern including on average 6 to 8 sleeps per month.
