**The position duties include**: Inspect and evaluate e-bikes and scooters for safety, functionality and cleanliness. Maintenance and repair responding to basic customer enquiries. Maintain clean and organise tools and workspace. Additional duties may be assigned as available and needed.

**Requirements**:

- Mastery of basic to complex e-bikes and e-scooter repairs.
- Cytech e-bikeCertification will be highly regarded (not essential)
- Prior experience working in a bike shop or customer-facing role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to clearly communicate and consult with customers on service and repair related issues.
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and identify different e-bike components and tools.
- Ability to prioritize and follow instructions from other staff.
- Mechanical and technical aptitude, ability to creatively and collaboratively solve
- Basic computer skills.
- Flexible availability on weekends.
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude.

**Job Type**: Freelance, Zero Contract Hrs

**Experience**:

- Mechanic: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Cytech e-bike Certification (regarded but not essential)
- Driving Licence (required)

Expected start date: 02/07/23

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
