**Position Title**:Recruitment Consultant

**Salary**:£15,000 - £17,000

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Flexibility required due to the nature of the business

Up and down the country, we have expert teams of Construction Recruitment Consultants and Support Staff who are dedicated to providing a better brand of temporary, contract and permanent recruitment across a range of specialist industry sectors.

Our specialist teams are based in **Newcastle, Manchester, and Sheffield, **they serve Construction Recruitment and Property, Rail, Energy and Power, Trades and Labour, and Industrial and Engineering recruitment sectors.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To expand upon and fully integrate all business won and assist in retender processes._
- To build on the current database and service the needs of current clients as well as generating new leads and business._
- Trainee: To generate between £50k and £60k over a rolling 12-month period and complete CERT RP Qualification within 18 months_
- Consultant: To generate between £80k and £120k over a 12-month rolling period and complete CERT RP Qualification within 18 months_

- Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship
- 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

**Apprenticeship eligibility requirements**:

- To not already hold a Business Administration Level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
