Nova Talent are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading Confectionery Supplier based at their Head Office on Loughborough, on a part time basis (20-25 hours per week).

Working within a large group of companies, this position will be part of the wider People Team reporting in to the HR Manager. This is a varied and pivotal role supporting colleagues and the business.

**Duties to include, but not limited to**:

- Completion of all payrolls across the business. Including adhoc requests, checking and inputting timesheets. Chasing internal stakeholders to ensure the payroll is submitted on time.
- Cross-checking and submission of expenses (via Concur software), ensuring the collation of receipts.
- Initial point of contact to deal with any HR/payroll/expense queries that arise.
- Inputting new starters and leavers, ensuring the system is up to date and accurate.
- Scanning, uploading, maintaining and auditing the HR Database.
- Liaison with our fleet team in relation to motoring fines etc. or with relevant employees when necessary.
- Support the HR Team with probationary reviews.

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong organisational skills.
- A keen eye for attention to detail.
- Payroll input experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and Sage Payroll system.
- Excellent Communication skills.

**Some of the perks for working as a Payroll Administrator**:

- Hybrid Working - 1 or 2 days from home (20-25 hours)
- Working hours would be during Mon - Fri, with flexibility within this (however, Monday & Friday both being key working days)
- Working within a supportive team that will help you develop in to the role
- Full Induction and training (role will be fully on site during the initial training)
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (pro rata)

- Salary of £11.00 - £11.75 per hour (four weekly pay)
