**What we hope you can bring to the role**

You’ll have some experience of working in a busy marketing department, looking to further develop your career in marketing and with an interest in working on events. You’ll be a good communicator and able to build strong working relationships with colleaguesand stakeholders. An understanding of how to plan, implement and evaluate tactical marketing campaigns is essential, along with good copy writing skills. You’ll be organised, with good IT, data management and administrative skills, and able to multi-task tomanage a busy workload.

**A little more about the role**
- Supporting the Marketing Campaign Managers with the delivery and evaluation of their marketing campaigns
- Creation of data lists for campaign activities
- Production of design briefs and working with in-house designers and external agencies to ensure all materials are on brand
- Leading on smaller campaigns with the responsibility to plan and develop the tactical plan
- Attending events to support campaign implementation
- Ongoing tracking, evaluation, and optimisation of campaign tactics
- Support the Marketing Campaign Managers with campaign wash up and analysis
- Regular reporting of metrics to Marketing Campaign Managers and Marketing Manager, and making recommendations for improvements

**A little more about what we’re looking for**
- Understanding of how to plan, implement and evaluate tactical marketing plans and of the different channels (online and offline) used in marketing campaigns
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work both autonomously as and as part of a team
- Good stakeholder communication skills
- Good copy writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel
- Good understanding of the importance of data and GDPR principles
- A passion for marketing
- Marketing degree or qualification is desirable
