**Talent Acquisition Manger**
**Contract: Permanent**
**Work pattern: Part time, 2 to 3 days a week (16 to 24 hours)**
**Salary: £18,000 to £27,000 pro rata (£45,000 FTE)**

**What you’ll do**
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Coach hiring managers into best practices of conducting interviews.
- Support the development and maintenance of People strategy.
- Support the development of employee engagement initiatives.
- Support in the drafting of job adverts and descriptions.
**Who we need**
To excel as Talent Acquisition Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager, or has significant recruitment experience with an agency of inhouse.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about environmental issues.
- People focused.
- Time management skills, being able to manage your workload, plan and delegate is crucial.
- Self-starter and problem solver.
- Experience in the engineering sector is desirable.
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and employment branding.
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques, that resonate with our values.
- A strategic thinker
- Knowledge of employment law.
