To support our continued growth, Culina Group are looking to recruit a pro-active and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join the Capital Projects Team.

You will be responsible for the delivery of projects to meet various objectives including safety, regulatory, scope, cost and schedule. You will communicate strategies, objectives and benefits to the business whilst implementing the organisational strategyto achieve maximum business benefit.

This opportunity is for someone who is eventually wanting to take a step from Project Coordinating into Project Management, and we are offering the support and development to do so.

Key Duties:

- Drive projects from beginning to end ensuring they are delivered on time, in full, within budget and to the agreed quality standards.
- Monitor the daily progress of projects.
- Coordinate multiple projects and changing priorities, defining project scope, key deliverables, and measures of success.
- Manage cross functional internal project activity across several functions.
- Coordinate all project team members so workflow remains on schedule.
- Make decisions on day-to-day activities to ensure project delivery - escalate issues as appropriate.
- Assist in project meetings and propose adjustments.
- Regularly communicate project updates internally, making sure all key documents are completed and highlighting any key risks, issues, or dependencies.
- Consistently monitor the costs, progress and quality of a project.
- Review, develop and constantly refine Project Processes and plan delivery/deployment.
- Ensure project documents are complete, accurate and stored appropriately.

**Qualifications**
- Preferably Degree level but not essential
- Proven experience in a project environment as a Project Coordinator or similar
- Working knowledge of Prince2/Agile methodology and project management principles would be an advantage but not essential
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills are essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Always maintain a 'can do’ attitude and to deliver a positive response to all requests
- Confidence to propose new and improved processes and effect positive change
- You must enjoy working as an integral member of a team but also be capable of managing your own workload to deliver high quality work that meets expectations and deadlines.
