**Job Description**:
The Change and Communications Coordinator will play a crucial role in engaging with the Groups Internal stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption of the new OneHR System - SAP Success Factors.

Working for the OneHR Hire to Retire Lead the role holder will support the delivery of clear communications and direction to all stakeholders as the Group roles out each of the waves of SAP Success Factors for Employee Central and Payroll.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Develop inspiring, informative, and engaging content for internal channels both digital and print.
- Conduct proofreading as necessary
- Provide administrative support to the OneHR project team
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Maintain calendars and arrange meetings with key stakeholders
- Performing internal distribution of publicity materials prior to and after go live.
- Ensuring proper filing of documents, publications, and clips
- Working with the One HR Hire to Retire Lead to develop and manage trackers and plans for the OneHR communications role out plan.
- Plan, arrange and coordinate meetings, workshops and other senior meetings as required.
- Gain insight from our colleagues on our comms to find out what works, what does not and what's needed.
- Identifying opportunities to boost colleague engagement through the effective execution and delivery of the targeted Communications campaigns of the OneHR role out.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong copywriting skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences across a UK wide network, accounting for varying levels of English language proficiency.
- Self-motivated with a curious mind set, unafraid to ask questions.
- Creativity and the capacity to identify, develop, manage, and deliver a wide range of online and offline content through various internal channels.
- Ability to translate technical jargon into easily understandable communications.
- Effective listening and influencing skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple project streams effectively.
- Knowledge of design principles and proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
