We are looking for a qualified DBT practitioner to join us at an exciting point in the redesign and redevelopment of community services for people experiencing mental health problems in Greater Manchester. You will be a key member of the team helping to develop and deliver the new Living Well service in Salford. We aim to support people to connect with their local community and build on their strengths and aspirations. As a developing service the post holder will be highly adaptable and flexible to service change, and through reflection and prototyping support the ongoing service developments.

- To support effective team functioning, facilitation of complex case formulation and discussion, case management and clinical supervision, workplace discussion groups, joint psychological assessments, and formulations with team members, to design and deliver training workshops, (co)facilitate other non DBT psychologically informed groups and evaluate programmes of work.
- To develop and maintain processes for the evaluation of aspects of Living Well
- To work in partnership with other agencies, including third sector providers, to develop services for members of the community who tend not to access statutory services.
