Our client is a national Financial Services company and they are currently looking for an individual to join their team in Newcastle as an Income Reconciliation Assistant.

The position will be based in our client's fast-growing Newcastle team and will provide support and assistance to the Group Remuneration Manager and Senior Management Accountant. Duties are including, but not limited, to; reconciling bank accounts, generating reporting information and processing valuable data.

**Role Responsibilities**

Please note, due to the fast-paced nature of the business, the role may also include additional responsibilities to those listed below
- Reconciling bank accounts and processing statements
- Input of receipts onto excel spreadsheets
- Completing month end reporting and analysis
- Producing reports using Intelligent Office.
- Producing VAT reports
- Processing Data
- Ensuring that security is maintained within the systems
- General Office Support if needed

**Role requirements**
- Outstanding planning and multi-tasking abilities are essential
- Experience working with Intelliflo Office is advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and its use to produce reports
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to cope with change
- First-rate communication skills at all levels
- A team player with a positive attitude who can build and maintain good working relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
