Energy Assessor/floor Planner

**Energy Assessor/Floor Planner (with Photography) - Bath/Bristol**

We are a busy and growing Property Marketing Company.

We work with estate agents across the South West region and are looking for an Energy Assessor/Floor Planner/Property Photographer to join our small and friendly team.

Your work will predominately be undertaken in Bath & Bristol, with some additional travel further afield, dependant on jobs.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Basis**: Permanent

**Hours**: 40 hrs per week

**Benefits**: Christmas break up to 5 days. Pension. 20 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays.

**Eligibility**: You must be eligible to work in the UK

**Role**

This field-based role involves visiting high end properties to produce EPCs and Floor Plans and to eventually take high quality photographs (photography training offered)

We are looking for a customer focused, organised and personable team player with a passion for energy efficiency and photography.

**Requirements**:

- Energy assessment accreditation
- Floor Plan experience
- Own car & driving licence essential
- Photography degree / qualification beneficial, not essential.

**Key responsibilities**
- Undertake energy assessment of properties
- Undertake floor plan surveys and production
- Follow company/client photography procedures
- Liaise with the bookings/studio team on appointments
- Diary management
- Liaise with homeowners
- General administration tasks
- Occasional travel and overnight stay may be required

**Essential Skills**
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Willingness to learn
- Energetic and confident manner
- General IT skills (Mac or Windows/MS Office)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
- Identifying problem situations

- Calm under pressure but assertive when required
- To act in professional manner at all times
- Evidence of team working and interacting with a wide range of people

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
