Are you an experienced Electrician with renewable energy experience looking to work within a thriving and dynamic company?
Due to expansion, an excellent opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Electrician who is looking to move into a more office based role to progress their career.
We are a successful renewable energy solution provider, specialising in the sale and installation of Solar PV, Battery Storage Solutions, Replacement Inverters, Air Source Heat Pumps and Electric Vehicle Charging Points. We have been trading since 2014.
This is great opportunity to put your stamp on this role and support our electricians in the field and making sure they deliver to to our high standers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out quality inspection to comply with the required Standers, in line with performance objectives and department KPIs
- Provide technical communication assistance to the Team and customers
- Good Health and Safety practice and awareness of relevant regulation, providing briefing notes as appropriate
- Deal with customer complaint investigations in timely manner and prepare detailed reports of findings, conclusion and resolution
- Assist Operations Manager in resolving complaints following investigation and reports
Knowledge, Skills and experience:

- In depth knowledge of the energy efficiency industry, technical requirements and standards, including knowledge of insulation systems and techniques
- Familiarity with Health & Safety issues and the PAS standards
- NVQ in energy efficient measure is desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work unsupervised
- Demonstrate good IT skills and ability to analyse data and prepare reports
- Good interpersonal skills, documentation and administrative skills and attention to detail
**Requirements**:

- Ideally 3 years' experience in this sector
- Inspection, testing, and certificates
- City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or NVQ level 2 and 3
- 18th Edition
- Part P - NICEIC or similar registration
- Computer literate and proficient with using apps and technology
- Full clean driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
