**TRAINER** Due to a period of sustained and consistent growth, ProAction HR are recruiting for an enthusiastic, innovative, and confident Trainer to join their highly experienced, passionate and friendly team of trainers and consultants in Winchester.

The Trainer will play a pivotal role in our future plans for continued growth and long-term success.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Effectively develop, prepare, and deliver training material to our clients via a variety of channels (including but not limited to; face to face, online, new technology).
- Meet with clients, both existing and prospective, to scope and define learning objectives and training parameters.
- Identify best practice and ensure that this is incorporated into training products and services.
- Exercise responsibility for the quality and delivery of training projects.
- Ensure all training resources and equipment are efficiently managed and maintained to a high standard at all times.
- Continually search for opportunities to improve the efficiency of training delivery without compromising on quality.
- Monitoring customer feedback and learning outcomes. Working with colleagues to ensure problems are dealt with to the customer's satisfaction and that appropriate suggestions for improvements are incorporated.
- Actively promote and support all ProAction HR services.
- Support consultancy projects when required.

**Trainer Requirements**
- 3 years’ experience as a trainer and facilitator is essential, preferably in leadership and management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Be well presented with the ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
- Confident and comfortable leading on all training type activities.
- Excellent networking and influencing skills.
- Proactive, focused, and motivated.
- Team oriented.
- Computer literate.
- Willingness to travel.
- Full UK Driving License.
- A qualification in coaching is desirable.

Location: Winchester
Hours: neg (both full and part time hours considered)

**Salary**: 40-50K FTE (dependant on experience)
