Steer is looking for a responsible job share Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer with their day-to-day activities in a timely and professional manner.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-quality administrative assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operating Officer, plus the wider Steer Executive team. The Executive Assistant’s main duties include scheduling and recording meetings, managing the flow of contracts and documents for approval, making travel arrangements and organising daily calendars.
The Executive Assistant will:
- Support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in managing the calendar of operational and executive activities
- Self-direct and prioritise tasks and activities
- Plan appointments and events
- Act as the point of contact for the Executive Board
- Support and maintain the minutes and actions of Executive meetings
- Support the CEO and COO with preparing content and information for presentations on a quarterly basis and collating annual engagement information
- Co-ordinate information compilations, Board packs and reports for the Executive on a monthly basis
- Support the CEO and COO for meetings as required and executing projects as required
- Organise and manage the co-ordination of the Annual General Meeting
- Make travel arrangements for the Executive
- Respond promptly to managers’ queries
- Work with the Business Delivery Group to facilitate delivery of priorities and projects that require Executive support and approval
- Establish an effective working relationship with your job share partner, agreeing working arrangements and ensuring good communication.

- Proven work experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Solid experience with office management systems (Office 365)
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work
- The ability to work autonomously yet in collaboration with other colleagues and our clients
**Work Environment**
Your job share partner will be an Executive Assistant working three days per week. Your required days of work would be **Thursday and Friday**. This role could be carried out remotely, in our London based office or as a hybrid model.
**Requirements**:
- Experience with managing deliverables to fit needs and expectations
- Experience developing successful outcomes to internal stakeholders
- An ability to take initiative and work independently
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- An ability to learn quickly and find enjoyment through the development of new skills
- Detail orientated; able to multi-task and effectively prioritize workloads and meet strict deadlines
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
