Working as part of a dedicated support team in a secondary school as HR Administrator, you will be responsible for all human resources duties within the school environment.
This will include the oversight of safeguarding for appointing new staff and recruitment. Responsibility for the employee life cycle at school level which includes probation, sickness absence, pay and providing support to manage low-level HR queries andprocesses.
- Proven track record of working in a busy administration role.
- Willingness to learn.
- Oozes positivity and enthusiasm.
- Strong organisation skills.
- An understanding of HR processes, recruitment and best practices would be ideal - though, full training and support will be provided.
- High standard of oral and written communication.
- IT Literate.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others.
- Ability to handle information sensitively.
