**Job summary**:
This role reports to the Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) and will be a member of the Information and Digital Directorate (IDD) senior leadership team, supporting the CDIO with the collective leadership of the Directorate.

As Hera Digital Service Owner, you will co-ordinate and oversee operational service delivery and lead the continual improvement of Hera, the Oracle ERP solution for the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office and international shared service partners.

You will be responsible for leading change and overseeing the transition from the current delivery programme and then be accountable for the overall quality and operation of the integrated cloud-based software as a Service Finance and HR system (Hera) as well as the continuous integration and management of the supply chain of delivery partners to configure, test and deploy ongoing releases and changes to the solution. Critical to the success of the role will be the ability to manage a range of external service providers and work closely with internal customers including finance and HR product owners, facilitating successful strategic partnering with all key parties.

The technical interview is a more in-depth discussion of your previous experience and professional competence in relation to the criteria set out in the vacancy description, key responsibilities and accountabilities and person specification. This will be led by Stephen Robbins, Deputy CDIO & SRO Hera Transition. A question to guide the discussion will be shared before the technical interview.
