Here at GXO, we are currently on the search for an Inventory **Demand Planner** to join our team in Wellingborough, on the Costa & Whitbread contract. As a Demand Planner you will forecast and order the contracted stock to ensure operations can effectively manage their recourse and space pro-actively.
This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of £31,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you will do on a typical day**:
- Monitor demand forecasting KPIs to drive improvements in accuracy, working capital and customer service
- Effective flow of intake to ensure operations can effectively manage their resource and space, pro-actively manage stock for a JIT process
- Review supplier performance by providing regular and meaningful data with up to date matrix/league tables and feedback
- Ensure all suppliers are reviewed on the planned timescales and orders are placed in compliance with lead times

- A proven background in demand planning
- Strong networking, planning and organisational skills with a demonstrated capability to manage complex projects with short timelines
- Excellent ERP and supply chain systems skills
- Ability to identify and solve complex process and operational business challenge
