**Salary**:£13.50 per hour, payable monthly

**About the Company**:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator with SJP experience. The purpose of the role is to remotely provide effective and efficient administrative and PA support to designated regulated firms, and their clients.

You must have availability during the working week (Mon-Fri, between 9:00 am and 17:00 pm), and be able to commit to regular hours.

You must be able to meet the requirements outlined to work from home and have a reasonable home office set up / quiet area in which to work.

**What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include**:
Submitting new business, monitoring and tracking through to completion

First point of contact for a regulated firm’s clients, and product providers

Creating professional & accurate written correspondence, whilst complying with the regulated firm’s documentation standards

Ensuring the regulated firm is kept regularly updated in respect of ongoing work and progress

Producing mailshots, and transcribing dictated audio files

Ensuring appropriate notes & documentation maintained at all times, thus ensuring a quality audit trail is maintained

Arranging and coordinating meetings, including meeting rooms & refreshments as necessary

Assisting with preparation for meetings, and preparing review packs

Maintaining back office systems, and investment platforms. Taking personal responsibility for accuracy of data recorded

Arranging new business Illustrations

Maintaining a diary system ensuring work is tracked and chased when appropriate.

Ad hoc administration requests as may be reasonably required by the regulated firm

**What is Needed to Be Considered**:
Proficient with Microsoft tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

At least 2 years’ experience of working as a IFA Administrator.

Possess strong and accurate typing skills, and is able to transcribe letters and file notes using audio files

Able to use Skype and cloud-based technology, such as Dropbox, Googledrive or Onedrive

Able to cope with IT and telecommunications equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,500.00 per year
