YOUR ROLE

As a Solutions Design Degree Apprentice you will be joining our talented Solutions Design team, who work in partnership with new and existing customers, to design and implement warehouse solutions to support with operational requirements.

Throughout the 4 years you will analyse and interpret data to better understand the volume flows applicable to warehouse and transport operations. You will utilise tools such as Paragon, CAD and the Primo Model to schedule routes, plan warehouse layouts and analyse warehouse productivity to inform resource requirements. This role involves travelling around different sites, so a driving license is essential.

This is a Monday - Friday position working 40 hours per week, but some flexibility will be required.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an individual who is driven, hungry to learn and self-motivated. This Degree Apprenticeship is suited to someone who has an analytical mindset, previous use of CAD with excellent mathematical skills.

In order to be accepted onto the apprenticeship, you must have achieved a minimum of 2 GCSE’s grade C/4 or above in Maths and English and have a minimum of 3 A Levels, equivalent to 96 UCAS points.
