PAC - Positive Action in the Community is an award winning charity based in East Lancashire which manages Evolve. Evolve provides high quality and innovative support to improve people’s resilience and emotional health and wellbeing. We have received funded from The National Lottery Community Fund to deliver targeted work in Burnley to support those affected by loneliness. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated support worker who will provide a programme of to reduce isolation and increase wellbeing, provide opportunities for people to connect with others and enrich people’s lives

Experience of providing support in relation to emotional health and wellbeing/ isolation/ loneliness is essential along with the ability to work to and follow all PAC policies and procedures.
- Successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check._
