Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our stairlift products.
- Assist in raising the company profile within the sector and identify public relations opportunities to aid with this.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for product positioning.
- Assist in managing and monitoring social media platforms, including content creation, content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics tracking.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product catalogues.
- Assist in tracking and analysing marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.
- Desired experience in Google paid search (Google Ads) and paid social media (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to assist with campaign setup, optimisation, and performance tracking.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in marketing is preferred.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe creative cloud and other relevant marketing software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on marketing trends.
- Desirable experience in Google paid search (Google Ads) and paid social media (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) would be a plus.
