**Job Description**:
The role of Direct Co-Ordinator will be to manage a set of customers and ensure their purchase orders and sales orders are processed efficiently. Ensuring that all data is inputted accurately onto the bespoke system as well as liaising with suppliers throughoverseas offices.
- Liaising with customers and managing the process of sales orders
- As the Director Co-Ordinator, they will be liaising with suppliers and managing the process of purchase orders
- Producing of reports to ensure customer's requirements are fulfilled and back orders are followed
- The Direct Co-Ordinator will be updating and maintaining the client's bespoke CRM system regularly, ensuring all data is correct
- Working closely with Accounts to ensure payments and deposits are received to ensure shipments can leave on time
- Chasing product samples, tracking them, and ensuring the customer receives
- The Direct Co-Ordinator will assist the Sales departments with any enquiries
- Supporting and assisting colleagues within the department
- Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of working within a busy and demanding environment and the ability to prioritise workload
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with people of all levels/positions
- Flexibility to effectively negotiate with external stakeholders
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
**Salary**: £21,000 - £22,000 Per Annum After Successful probation
