We are looking for a part time Sales & Marketing Administrator
- Handle and prioritise daily group and tour enquiries into the hotel via various outstations.
- Provide initial quotes and room allocations to existing groups / tours.
- Follow up with proformas, invoices and contracts and other admin related to a group / tour booking
- Updating & amending current group / tour bookings as required
- Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager to book and plan other functions / events such as: Banquets, Seasonal work gatherings & private functions.
- Basic social media marketing as directed by the Sales & Marketing Manager

Ideally you will have previous experience in a hotel or sales and events role, but full training will be given.

You must have:

- Experience of quotes, invoices & contracts
- Excellent IT and administration skills
- Strong planning and organisation

We are looking for someone to work 24 hours per week. The working hours and days can be flexible, and there will be an option to work occasionally from home.

The rate of pay offered for the position is £10.75 per hour.
