Reliable Recruit are looking for a Machine Operative for our client in Little Hulton to work as part of their day shift at their manufacturing and distribution site

**The work will involve**:

- Operating Slitting Machines
- Setting and adjusting Machines
- Feeding in raw materials
- End of line packing and movement of goods to despatch areas manually and with a Counterbalance FLT
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

**The working times and pay**:

- 06:00-14:00 normally but requirements in busier periods or changes in the business to switch to 14:00-22:00 if needed
- Monday to Friday
- £11.00 p/h
- 12 week temp to perm opportunity

**Skills/Experience Needed**:

- Previous experience operating slitting machines or other cutting machines essential
- Experience setting and adjusting machines preferred
- Flexibility on day shift worked
- Counterbalance FLT Licence Needed with experience operating

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Machine Setting and Adjusting: 1 year (required)
- Machine Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- Production/Manufacturing: 2 years (required)
- Machine Operative: 2 years (required)
- Slitting Machine or Other Cutting Machine: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Counterbalance FLT Licence (required)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (required)
