- United Kingdom**Equans is looking for a Contract Supervisor to join our team in Bellshill on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**

**What will you deliver?**
- Experience in multi-skilled, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
- Team Leadership Skills and experience and able to Prioritise and work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
- Familiar with industry H&S Standards
- Safe Supervision of all personnel including the Management of Specialist Sub-Contractors
- Prepare and check all task related Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH
- Ability to provide Technical Assistance to other Engineers and Mentor as appropriate.
- Experience and knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Manage and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance [PPM] and Reactive Repairs
- Maintain all Compliance Records and Certification to the standard required by Legislation.
- Ensure all jobs are prepared for invoicing correctly and timeously.
- Manage WIP (Work in Progress)
- Deliver customer satisfaction in accordance with the agreed KPI’s mandated under the
- SLA/Contract
- Taking appropriate action as required and being prepared for contingencies.
- Encourage self-development to improve both own performance and that of the team.
- Recognising their strengths and development needs along with the opportunities available to develop themselves.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.
- Ideally IOSH qualified. and asbestos awareness
- MEWP Licence (preferable but not essential)
- First aid trained (preferable but not essential)
- Computer literate
- Good communicator with internal Services, the client, other service partners and
- Able to deal diplomatically with the client’s demanding personnel.
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
