We are looking for a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team to provide person centred care to a young female within our small knit team. Due to the nature of 1:1 support this is a female only position. Unfortunately we are unable to sponsor any applicants at this time.

Being a support worker you will be on hand for all daily living tasks supporting the client with companionship, medication administration and accessing the community in her electric wheelchair.

Our Client has lots of creative hobbies and loves art, regular trips to the theatre and festivals; no day is ever the same as she loves travelling to new places and trying new things. She is an advocate for people with disabilities and works with the theatre royal as an assistant theatre practitioner.

**Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Light Manual Handling
- Light Personal care
- Administration of Medication
- Assisting with social activities and more such as nights out or festivals
- Meal preparation with light domestic tasks

**For this position all we would ask is that you have a great mindset alongside a good work ethic. Staff are given shadow shifts prior to working in their own**

**Skills and Essentials Required**:

- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Must be confident in working 1:1 (Alone working)
- NVQ not required (12 months care experience desirable)
- Driving licence
- Ability to be flexible
