We are an independent retailer and have 2 stores in the South Wales area. As our Supervisor, you are an integral part of our business. We work with prestigious brands such as Nomination Italy, Qudo, Hugo Boss and JOMA and would love someone with a flair for fashion and jewellery with a friendly personality to join our growing business.

Your retail experience and excellent customer service skills will set the example for our team while performing various tasks related to customer service, visual merchandising, sales/stock management and of course supervising a small team. You will be primality based in our Pontypridd store with some shifts in our Talbot Green branch

Key areas: Customer Service / Sales & Stock Management/ Key Holder/ Cash handling/

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Supervising staff
- Ensure high standards of store cleanliness and all Health & Safety requirements are met.
- Cash handling and all financial data in accordance to business standards.
- Key Holder. Open and close store.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by Senior Management.
- 1 year minimum retail experience preferably in fashion or Jewellery but not essential.
- Hands-on personality, multi-tasking and a self-starter with initiative and flair.
- Proven track record in delivering customer excellence.
- Honest and reliable.
- Passionate about fashion and jewellery.
- Team player full of drive and optimism.
- A positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and improve.
- Able to work weekends with the occasional early starts and late nights.
