An amazing opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a growing company based in Hampshire. The purpose of this role is to own the marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention and manage the Marketing team. To be considered for this brilliant positionyou will need previously marketing experience and must be able to demonstrable examples of creating brand-led campaigns, from concept through to delivery.

The Marketing Manager will:
Develop engaging campaigns and ensure that the appearance and integrity of the brands

Development of campaigns to support product launches ensuring consistency of messaging and tight time management to maximise the market coverage

Create, develop and maintain brand guidelines and strategy

Deal with promotional and event lead marketing campaigns

Be responsible for the web presence and digital sales support tools to improve our processes

Working closely with the Sales teams to deliver support materials

Management of the marketing team members to deliver all elements of communications campaigns as required

Project management and attendance of events, conferences, exhibitions to ensure smooth execution

Work effectively with people of all levels within the organisation

Ensure campaign metrics are in place for analysis and ROI measurement

Gather market intelligence, customer and competitor analysis and provide recommendations for strategy and pricing developments

Work with Business Development Director to set annual objectives, targets and plans

To be considered the Marketing Manager will:
Have a previous background in B2B marketing

Maintain experience in managing, leading and developing a team

Be highly organised and have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Work well towards tight deadlines and well under pressure

Be able to manage multiple projects and prioritise
