Rise Core Specialist mental health service has a unique and exciting new opportunity for individuals who want to develop their leadership skills to step into a leadership role for 12 months. Due to the expansion of teams within the 3 localities it has been identified there is a need for additional operational management. The role will work alongside existing team leads and will provide the day-to-day management of the team within the specified locality. You will be providing management supervision, leadership within the service and within the system around children and families.

Responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the identified team, including patient, team activity, performance, quality and staffing matters.
To contribute to the delivery of the transformational change programme for the Child and Family Services business unit, particularly through the development of a more integrated, multi-professional workforce;
To support the delivery of child & family focused services, against agreed performance and quality targets and within budget, whilst delivering agreed cost improvements.
Management of staff;
Contribute to effective partnership working with key external services, such as social care, the acute sector and key third sector organisations, to enable the delivery of shared outcomes;
