Responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the identified team, including patient, team activity, performance, quality and staffing matters. To contribute to the delivery of the transformational change programme for the Child and Family Services business unit, particularly through the development of a more integrated, multi-professional workforce; To support the delivery of child & family focused services, against agreed performance and quality targets and within budget, whilst delivering agreed cost improvements.
