Spa Receptionist

**Riverhills Health Club & Boutique Spa** is a 2000+ member health club and day spa at Bramford - on the edge of Ipswich. The Spa delivers top class treatments to clients so they can relax, revitalise and restore as we strive to make a positive difference to people's lives.

Riverhills are currently looking for highly motivated **Spa Receptionist / host** to join our team, as we extend our spa reception staffing to cope with current bookings. We are striving to meet the demand for spa days and treatments and have a position for someone who is motivated, bubbly, enjoys working with people and has a genuine interest in the spa industry. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a willingness to gain the knowledge of our spa business. While you will work within a team, you will also need to be able to work on your own initiative and possess a desire to continuously work to high standards. Most importantly, you will need a desire to consistently provide excellent customer service to the clients of Riverhills Health Club & Spa as we look to exceed expectations.

As a Spa Receptionist you will need to look after our spa guests upon their arrival, as well as overseeing reception, taking reservations in person and by phone, confirming bookings and supporting therapists in preparing their schedules. There will also be the responsibility for handling payments and taking opportunities to maximise revenue and bookings when the opportunities arise. Attention to detail will be important when fulfilling the reception duties.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 30 per week

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
