Do you want to play a vital role in the running of our Contact Management Department?

Come and be part of a challenging and dedicated team as a Resource Planner, on a part time, permanent basis working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday each week.

Working with us you'll find a strong team ethos and plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.

You will need to be calm under pressure, a good decision maker and communicator with great customer service and problem solving skills.

You will play an important role and provide senior management teams and colleagues with solutions to conflicting issues that may arise surrounding the deployment of officers and police staff.

By supporting the department you will make sure that an effective and efficient service is provided to meet all operational needs and keep the department running smoothly day to day.

You’ll manage the deployment of resources department-wide, ensuring cover levels are maintained and make decisions to enable the most cost effective method of resource deployment to meet shortfalls of appropriate cover.
