Salary upto £40,p/a + Hybrid (after probation) + career development opportunities
- Project Scope Definition: Collaborating with stakeholders to clearly define the project scope, objectives, and requirements. This involves understanding client needs, technical specifications, and regulatory constraints.
- Resource Planning: Identifying and allocating the necessary resources for the project, including personnel, equipment, materials, and budget. Ensuring that resources are effectively utilized to meet project goals.
- Scheduling: Developing detailed project schedules that outline tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Utilizing project management tools and techniques to create realistic timelines and identify critical path activities.
- Procurement Planning: Identifying and procuring necessary materials, equipment, and services required for the project. This involves sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the plan.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project life cycle.
