**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Cold Calling/Outbound Telemarketing champion to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to perform cold/outreach to potential clients. This role is crucial in generating a high level of interest in our product range, Identifying opportunities to pass over to our established Account Managers.

This is Full Time position. We will also look at a reduced hour contract depending on your circumstances but the renumeration will be inline with the reduced hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, using your persuasive skills to promote our products and services effectively.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, capture essential customer information and assess their needs to tailor appropriate solutions.
- Engage with potential customers in a professional and persuasive manner, clearly articulating the features, advantages and benefits of Panaceas offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for an effective follow-up.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing
- Taking detailed call notes & records
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear and confident phone manner, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Organisational skills to manage customer information and follow-up activities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems or call centre software. (Although full training will given)
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
