**Purpose of the Job**
Making outbound calls to businesses in the UK, to establish their telecom requirements, and to book appointments with businesses that meet our criteria.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Work towards meeting daily KPI’s by booking appointments with business owners and directors for our field sales team to visit.
- Manage CRM to Build a pipeline and achieve KPIs.
- Convert prospects into qualifying leads by discussing qualifying information, such as contract length, spend and name of provider
- Gain insight from talking to businesses, to improve and help solidify your knowledge of the UK telecoms industry.
- Update of Z1’s internal database in an accurate and timely manner
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Exceptional telephone manner, with the ability to be interpersonal in your approach
- Organised and efficient in your ability to build rapport
- Computer literate - You can operate online systems such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
**Package**:
- £22,000 basic salary
- £200.00 commission per order
- Free company uniform
