The Role
This is a full time, 13-month fixed term contract based in one of our UK offices; Bristol, London, Sheffield or Warwick. Hybrid working options, including working from home, are available.
**In this role, your responsibilities will include**:
- Docketing on official deadlines on IP case management system
- Validating case data on IP case management system
- Opening new client name records
- Reporting official notices to clients regarding case status
- Closing and updating cases on IP case management system
- Onboarding client portfolios
- Ongoing quality control and data integrity maintenance for record accuracy on IP case management system
About You
**To join us as a Records Assistant, you’ll need**:
- IP administration experience is preferred, or a strong administration background.
- Good communication skills and able to interact at all levels with internal and external contacts
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and work pride
- Ability to balance and prioritise workload, remain composed and level-headed during periods of particularly busy activity, and be proactive in helping other members of the team
- Good Microsoft package skills
- Ideally an understanding of IP case management systems
- A desire to learn and a willingness to become involved in the work, working individually and as part of a team
