CONTEXT

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, as a technical support & buyer, you will guarantee the availability of spare parts for the team of Customer Service technicians by purchasing products/mechanical sub-contracting services on the best terms, considering technical and commercial objectives and the normative and regulatory requirements linked to the company and our customers.

As such, you are required to:
Read, understand and interpret technical drawings, manufacturing files and technical specifications.
Provide technical support to teams in the field to identify appropriate solutions.
Define subcontracting requirements (mechanical parts, components), considering technical and commercial objectives.
Negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers.
Optimizing the quality/cost ratio of products, considering quality standards, manufacturing processes, quantities required and supply methods.
Placing the purchase orders needed to produce the products.
Participating in price requests and comparing commercial offers.
Monitoring business management (supplier reminders, updating lead times, etc.) and providing ERP and internal document information accordingly.
Carrying out documentary quality control on receipt/shipment of supplier orders.

PROFILE

With a Baccalaureate +2/3 years technical course.
Equipped with solid technical knowledge and enjoying working in a team in a fast-growing international context. You are recognized for your ability to adapt, your communication and enjoy contact. You are responsive and proactive to best carry out the missions entrusted to you.
Fluent English Required.
Purchasing & Negotiation skills are a plus.
Sage Knowledge is a plus.
