As an Outbound Sales Executive you will be a key player in providing an exceptional customer sales and service experience to existing and non-existing customers by generating new business, up-selling as well as retaining business.

**Client Details**

Our client is a leading insurance business who are based in the Wythenshawe area. They are now looking to expand their company even further with a driven and motivated Outbound Sales Executive and can offer excellent working patterns, incentives and uncappedcommission. **Description**

As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be;
- Outbound calls to existing and non-existing customers (warm leads)
- Renewing and retaining existing customers
- Selling services to enquiring customers
- Working towards company targets and KPI's
- Keeping up to date with all changes to existing products along with new products that are introduced and made available to you

**Profile**

To be successful in this role;
- Motivated, driven and hungry to succeed
- Sales experience in a regulated background
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team
- Have a professional and friendly phone manner
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
