**Description**
Joining our Business Management team as a Business Support Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of our client accounts carrying out Contract Renewals, Site User Audits, Device Warranty checks, communicating with both clients and suppliers on a daily basis. You will be assisting our Finance Team looking at cost comparisons, procurement and managing stock control and be a back up to our Executive Administrator assisting with Telecoms bill runs & Asset disposal. This is a highly varied role with a lot of different responsibilities.
**Experience**:
We would expect you to have the following experience.
- Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- To have worked in a team driven environment, but able to work on your own with minimum supervision
- Able to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise work
- To have worked in an office environment for a minimum of 1year.
**Skills Required**:
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and able to work to deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills
- Accurate data entry
- Consistency
- Methodical
- Being able to problem solve
We are looking for someone to join our team that has experience in office administration and supporting a wider team. This person would have strong attention to detail and be comfortable multitasking. Be proactive and use own initiative.

**Interview Process**:
Stage 1: Telephone Screening. This generally lasts between 10 and 15 minutes.
Stage 2: Microsoft Teams interview with our Business Management Team. You may be asked back for a second interview.
Stage 3: Second Interview face to face with our Senior Management Team.
Stage 4 : A call with our Executive Director to run through a job offer, set expectations and confirm any outstanding questions.
Final Stage: An offer letter is sent with an agreed start date. Welcome to the Total IT Team
