Early Years Advisory Practitioner

**About the Team**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Advisory Practitioner within the Early Years Service.

**About the Role**
- Supporting the development of quality early years practice within the Authority,
- Providing advice and guidance on the breadth of the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework,
- Advising on safeguarding practice and procedures and facilitating training,
- Strengths in developing practice in the foundational prime areas of learning and development with the younger children,
- Providing advice, support and guidance to settings who have children in receipt of 2-year-funding and Early Years Pupil Premium,
- Supporting settings who receive an Ofsted judgement of less than good,
- Delivering a range of training, including Foundation Child Protection and co
- facilitating clusters.

**About You**

They will hold a relevant level 3 Qualification or above.
