This is a newly created role to provide ERS and other employment tax technical support across the IVC Evidensia Group.

The primary responsibility for the Group ERS manager is to provide ERS technical support to the business. This will include advising on employer requirements relating to equity investments via different investment structures, on/off payroll labour global mobility, global BIK

Supporting the Group Head of Tax with specific projects related to employment taxes. These will include:
Review of off payroll controls and process, and overseas equivalents
Management of employee investment opportunities
Advising on implications of internal Group restructuring

The Group ERS Manager will manage the relationship with and provide support to the Group’s advisors responsible preparation and submission of the Group’s UK P11D, PSA and ERS filings.

About you
We are looking for a candidate with strong employment tax technical knowledge and an ability to effectively communicate with non-tax professionals within the business as well as managing key advisory relationships.

Technical requirements  Qualified tax advisor Several years’ post-qualification, with evidence of CPD Experience could be gained in practice or industry (or combination) Desired Technical Skills Specialist knowledge of UK employment taxes Working knowledge of employment tax across multiple territories. The ability to understand and explain technical issues. An understanding and ability to quantify, communicate and manage employment tax risks. About you Effective communicator; able to build strong relationships with colleagues in other countries and departments and with third party advisors. A desire to identify improvements and drive change; demonstrating a ‘can do’ attitude. Strong time management skills; comfortable working on multiple projects concurrently An ability to understand issues and identify potential solutions. Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A desire to grow with the role as the Group continues to grow.
