Onboarding Administrator

**ROLE PURPOSE**
Leep Utilities owns and operates regulated and non-regulated multi-utility networks across the UK. With sites in MediaCityUK, Liverpool Waters and Canary Wharf, our broad range of capabilities includes electricity, water and wastewater, alongside heating, cooling and hot water services.
Leep is the result of a joint venture between the independent mid-market infrastructure investment manager, Ancala Partners LLP and one of the UK’s leading private real estate investment and infrastructure companies, The Peel Group. We deliver straightforward connections throughout the UK and hold the relevant licenses that allow us to adopt regulated utilities on new developments.
Reporting to the Head of Billing, the role is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support to our Onboarding Specialist, who deal with a portfolio of domestic and commercial customers. The role covers a mix of general administration within the team, customer and contractor liaison.
**PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creation of new insets and properties within the billing systems
- Developer liaison for tenancy changeovers
- Assist in day-to-day administration of customer base including move ins/outs, direct debit and payment updates
- Attach meters to properties when provided by our operations teams
- SPID processing
- First point of contact for bulk change request from developers and collections team
- Generation of Welcome packs
- General administration including post franking and distribution
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Good core IT skills inclusive of knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Mail Merge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good inter-personal skills and the ability to respond to verbal and written queries across Leep Utilities portfolio of sites in an efficient and effective manner
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactively builds on-going relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt as priorities/demands change and initiate actions.
