Our client, a leading designer brand, are currently looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join their Shipping & Logistics team in Derby, to handle the full end to end order process of shipments insuring accuracy in all paperwork, communication and data logging.

As the Shipping Coordinator, you will be liaising between the logistics, shipping, merchandising, wholesale and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth delivery daily. You will also be assessing the current supply chain performance and help surface improvementopportunities that can deliver value by making the shipping operations more effective and well controlled.

**Duties of the Shipping Coordinator**:

- Organize marketing/gift with purchase, shop fits and any non-sales items to be shipped from source supplier to destinations, and to be distributed efficiently to the final recipients.
- Produce all shipping documentation - COO / EUR1 and/or invoice endorsement with London Chamber of Commerce, Cross trade arrangement for fabric and trims.
- Investigate, resolve and process shipment discrepancies.

**Experience required for the Shipping Coordinator**:

- Working knowledge of Incoterms. (DDP, FOB, FCA)
- Ability to understand and interpret customs documents and processes (C88, CFSP, E2)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, MS Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel) is advantageous.
