Job Description Overview:
We are looking for a passionate, adaptive, creative, and motivated individual to join our small team, within the ever-changing, exciting skincare industry. As Sorted Skin’s new Marketing Executive, you will ensure consistency across each marketing function, helping to create, execute, measure, and optimise successful marketing strategies for the business. This role will require close support of the Brand Manager in the development of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, conversions, brand trust and advocacy, through the delivery of campaigns, messaging, and assets.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- General marketing tasks and administration
- Ensuring distribution of internal brand marketing materials and communications to distributors, stockists, and sales teams, as well as inputting orders through fulfilment team in a timely manner, as required. Research relevant accolades and assist with writing and submitting to award submissions.
- Market research
- Assisting the Brand Manager in New Product Development strategies by conducting market research, including the creation, sourcing and utilisation of key focus groups and questionnaires.
- Reporting in to and collaborating with the Brand Manager

Collaborating with the Brand Manager on concept, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programmes through all core marketing disciplines, to deliver engaging campaigns and drive interest and sales. Supporting with launching all campaigns and products on time.
- Social media development & community management
- Managing the day-to-day admin upkeep of social channels; ensuring the inbox and customer comments are all up to date with responses, as well as assisting with the growth of each channel and brand outreach through influencer and community strategies.
- Develop topics and create engaging content
- Research and develop ideas for topical blog posts to keep the website fresh and up-to-date, social media posts for each channel and campaign creation as required. Assist the Brand Manager with executing a content strategy, writing creative copy, and designing posts.
- Copywriting online materials
- Assisting with the copywriting of online materials such as brochures, presentations, captions, and newsletters and help to ensure that communications are in-line with our customer base.
- Utilising CRM databases

What we’re looking for:

- 1 - 2 years in a marketing role (ideally in the beauty industry)
- Excellent written English and copywriting skills: proficiency in crafting clear and compelling content.
- An eye for attention to detail: ensuring accuracy and consistency across all marketing channels and brand collateral.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Customer focused and creative thinker to deliver on customer needs.
- Content creation experience preferable.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, as well social media platforms.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
