**Hours of work: 37 hours per week, term time only plus 1 week. 8:15-4:15 Monday to Thursday & 8:15 to 3:45 Fridays.**

We are looking to appoint an effective and engaging Pastoral Lead to lead our program of work supporting and sustaining families. Their role is to enable all pupils to attend school regularly, ensure that children’s pastoral needs are met, offer and signpost support for families and carers and champion safeguarding across the school.

This will involve working with staff, parents, carers, and pupils to address barriers to learning and ensure the right support is in place.
